Origin of the Cards

These are the questions I wish I’d had in my pocket, and the ones I invite clients to explore, prompts that soften the pace and let intimacy unfold naturally. They grew from wisdom I’ve earned (and a few spectacular missteps), my coaching practice, and work with Conscious Girlfriend Academy. Rooted in my Mom and Grandmothers’ gentle questions and heart-connected listening, this deck is a pocket compass for choosing with care.

As a later in life lesbian, it's been so helpful to work with Jen. Being able to role play conversations with her related to a woman I like and get clarity on what I want to communicate to her, in a way that honors my needs and worth is incredibly helpful in moving me into the relationship vision I have with a woman for my life.
